Tracking numbers!
Once we have triple checked all the SilverSocks and your addresses, tracking numbers will start being sent out in staggered batches. Express shipping backers will be sent out first, shortly followed by everyone else in small batches to prevent any snags at customs.
Shipping will commence on Friday!
Please allow 3 days for your tracking numbers to go live and up to 25 days for delivery (excluding express).

Hey Guys,
Team BeClothed here, we hope you are all keeping well and having a great day.
We appreciate it’s been a little while since our previous update, so we’re here to bring everyone up to speed so everyone is on the same page.
So what’s the latest?
As you will know from our prior update, production had begun and we were making steady progress. The final production samples had been agreed upon and we had high hopes of a smooth production, having been a partner of this particular factory for many years now. Around 40% of the way into production one of our team members went for an on-site visit to check a number of things including the output of production. Upon checking and doing so field testing, we came across two serious issues with the production quality which ultimately halted production.
What was wrong?
Upon extremely close inspection we noticed our signature ‘trapezium toe’ area which allows for a natural feel of which is the left/right socks were slightly misaligned. We then went on to try a finished product and noticed the elasticity within the area was also less than we expected and meant that the apex of the sock would’ve had a very unforgiving fit. After launching a short investigation, it became apparent that the usual team who dealt with our highly specialised features were still under lockdown and a temporary team who weren’t all familiar with our design had been put in charge.
What now?
After much deliberation and with the support of the factory management we made the tough decision to pull the plug on this production and start afresh. The socks weren’t to the high quality that our backers love and are familiar with, so with the original production team now back from lockdown and having been under a new production run in the quiet period of no updates, we are relieved to say production will be finished in around 2-3 weeks time.
When will you ship?
After the 2-3 week period is up, a quick but thorough QA period needs to be undertaken. Then your socks will be handed to our dedicated shipping team who will pick, pack and ship over a 2 week period.
We’ll be back with an update then with the particulars of what to expect during shipping.
